Dr. Morgan grew up in Pitman and Woodstown, NJ, where she graduated high school as valedictorian in 1977. In 1980 she graduated from Rutgers with a Bachelor of Science in 1980, received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois in 1982, and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1984. She has received her certification for Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation, a form of Veterinary Chiropractic, and has earned her certifications for Acupuncture and Food Therapy from the Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Southern New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association, American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture, International Veterinary Acupuncture Society, Botanical Veterinary Medical Association, and American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Morgan enjoys public speaking and giving presentations at local and national continuing education venues.

In her spare time, Dr. Morgan can be found riding horses or walking on the beach with Hue Grant. Together they are very active in Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and English Toy Spaniel rescue, transporting, fostering and providing tender loving care to abandoned, neglected, and abused animals.
